In the Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod state University has passed V All-Russia scientific-practical conference devoted to topical issues of control and supervision in the socially important spheres of society and the state. The conference discussed topical issues of modernization of modern state control and supervision system, current problems of the financial and municipal control, public control, public prosecutor's supervision, correlation of control and supervision and jurisdictional activity, as well as the implementation of certain types of state control and supervision in Russian Federation and abroad. In the review highlights the results and the main conclusions reached by the participants of the conference.
