Abstract

The study of the institution of children's rights in International Law is relevant in the context of modern international relations. At the same time, the substantiation of the need to respect the rights of children is of particular importance in the conditions of the modern world order.

This article is based on a significant amount of materials, including international legal acts, documents of a recommendatory nature, Russian legislation, as well as doctrinal research.

The article formulates definitions of such concepts as “children's rights”, “children's legal personality in International Law”, “modern International Law”, “family legal relations”, “interests of children protected by International Law”, “international relations”. The question of the differences in the international legal status of children and the general status of the individual was considered. It is proposed to systematize the rights of children.
