On a ratio of the categories public danger of a crime and identity of the crimi-nal

In the article content of the category “public danger of a crime” is considered. Based on the analysis of concept of this category, including as a result of comparison of various points of view, the author develops own idea of types of public danger. In particular, its such types as potential (probable), precedential, simple and special are allocated. Research of the category “public danger of a crime” was a basis for determination of author's vision of essence of the category “identity of the criminal” that was expressed as a result in disclosure of a ratio of these categories.
