Abstract

The purpose of presented article is definition theoretical and practical base determination of development of the Customs Law in the Eurasian Economic Union. Digitalization of international trade has become a core trend influences on Customs Law. The authors presented their view on theoretical and practical issues of Customs Law of the Eurasian Economic Union and Russia in regards with comprehensive review of the Revised Kyoto Convention and it’s outcome in financial year 2020.
