Abstract

The article considers the state and law in their interrelation. The properties of the state and law, their nature, the history of origin are analyzed. It is concluded that the ratio of state and law observed in their historical development moves from dualism to monism. Using the concept of normative facts, it is proposed to look at the state and the law as normative facts.
