Theoretical and methodological issues of the conceptual abstraction of series law and order

Оvercoming the dogmatic representations about law and order as a result of the realization of law and legality should be based on the use of new methodological approaches. One of them is the principle of polycontextuality of legal categories. The implementation of this principle allows us to clarify the content aspects of the concept "law and order", as well as to work on the development of a conceptual series that reflects the structural relationships in the system of other legal categories. Structurally-meaningfulness of the concept creates conditions for researching criteria and indicators of the state of law and order, the ability to determine the level of which determines the applied importance of the theory of law and order for the improvement of legislation and legal practice.
