Abstract

The review contains a General overview of the scientific articles of the collection “Actual problems of criminal law and criminology”, which published the materials of the conference of the same name, held at the University of Bialystok (Poland) in 2016. The book consists of two parts: the first is devoted to Criminal Law issues; the second-the theoretical aspects of modern criminological science. The review includes an analysis of articles that present less well-known Russian specialists information or analyze new problems that are not yet considered in detail by domestic Criminal Law and criminology.
