B.P. Kurashvili as a scientist-manager  and the ideologist of Perestroika 80 - 90-s  of the twentieth century (To the 20th anniversary of death)

2018 marks the 20th anniversary of the death of prominent administrative scientist of the Doctor of Law, Professor B.P. Kurashvili. The article analyzes his proposals for reforming the Soviet public administration.
