Аннотация

Статья посвящена текущим вопросам объединения Восточной Африки в связи с планами создания федерации на базе Восточноафриканского сообщества. Ориентиром при формировании союза стран региона определена конфедерация как промежуточный этап на пути к слиянию политических субъектов в составе единого федеративного государства. Автор также анализирует проблемы государственного и национального строительства в Танзании и ее вклад в процессы региональной интеграции.
