Мягкая сила Китая в Арктике

В статье выделены ключевые концепты арктической политики Китая, основанной на «мягкой силе», перечислены основные инструменты и механизмы для её реализации. Обозначены динамика и препятствия арктического взаимодействия между Китаем и странами Северной Европы. Представлен обзор различных точек зрения относительно эффективности использования Китаем «мягкой силы» в Арктике. Указаны причины, обуславливающие возникновение разных оценок. Предусмотрены «эффекты перелива» в случае успешной реализации «мягкой силы» в Арктике.
