Abstract

The article, based on the results of a survey of direct consumers of medical services and experts from the number of doctors and teachers of medical University, offers a diachronic (for ten years) analysis of the leading trends in the quality of health care in one of the Russian regions (the Republic of Bashkortostan). The empirical base of the analysis is the results of six surveys (two each year) carried out using similar instruments in 2006, 2011 and 2016 in several polyclinics, clinical institutions and departments of the medical University at the hospitals of Ufa.
