Привязанность у детей с опытом институционализации. Часть II. Особенности привязанности у детей, проживающих в замещающих семьях

Аннотация

Исследования привязанности у детей с опытом институционализации свидетельствуют о зависимости частоты проявлений типов привязанности от множества факторов, которые описаны в настоящем информационно-аналитическом обзоре. Представленная в предыдущем номере журнала первая часть работы была направлена на анализ исследований привязанности у детей в сиротских организациях. Цель второй части ― обсуждение особенностей привязанности у детей, проживающих в замещающих семьях. Результаты обзора свидетельствуют о том, что основные направления исследований связаны с изучением особенностей формирующейся привязанности у детей в зависимости от тяжести условий в учреждении, возраста принятия и длительности проживания ребенка в замещающей семье, вида замещающей семьи, чувствительности родителя при взаимодействии с ребенком. В обсуждении подчеркивается значение для формирования привязанности качества социально-эмоционального окружения ребенка, необходимость использования научно обоснованных программ сопровождения замещающих семей; выделяются новые направления исследований. Сделаны выводы о том, что у детей в замещающих семьях, по сравнению с детьми, проживающими в учреждениях, чаще формируется безопасная привязанность и реже — дезорганизованная привязанность. Указывается, что положительные особенности формируемой привязанности связаны прежде всего с более ранним возрастом принятия ребенка в замещающую семью.
