Нарушения эмоциональной регуляции при самоповреждающем поведении

Аннотация

Представлен обзор теоретических и клинических моделей, а также методов и направлений диагностики и эмпирического изучения нарушений эмоциональной регуляции при самоповреждающем поведении. Рассмотрены различные аспекты нарушений эмоциональной регуляции при самоповреждающем поведении: незнание регуляторных стратегий и неумение их использовать, предпочтение стратегий избегания и подавления, повышенная чувствительность, высокая интенсивность эмоций и преобладание негативных эмоций. Эти и другие факторы находят подтверждение в эмпирических исследованиях нарушений динамики эмоций, в эмпирических и клинических моделях эмоциональной дисрегуляции, в психофизиологических исследованиях. Выделено большое разнообразие методов операционализации нарушений эмоциональной регуляции: опросники самоотчета, индукция эмоций, экологическое моментальное измерение, наблюдение и интервьюирование. Сделан вывод о необходимости учета межличностного контекста в исследованиях эмоциональной дисрегуляции при самоповреждающем поведении.
