Аннотация

Статья посвящена сотрудничеству Китая и Индии со странами Африки. Налицо сдвиг «на Восток» в международных отношениях. В мире растет интерес к Африке, представляющей собой кладезь природных ресурсов и переживающей этап быстрого роста. Наиболее активно действуют на континенте Китай и Индия. Как показано в статье, эти «восходящие» державы, которые сегодня предлагают называть «южными державами», расширяют сотрудничество с Африкой в различных сферах ее экономики, не только вытесняя традиционных партнеров африканских стран, но и выступая в ряде случаев в роли конкурентов.
